Return Policy Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return an item for a refund. Please inspect all contents in package and contact us within 14 days of receipt if an item is defective, damaged or missing from your shipment. We will pay the return/replacement freight charges on any item that is a result of our error. The replacement product will ship as soon as it is available by the same shipping service that was selected for the original purchase. Items must be returned with all original contents, including any and all manuals, warranty cards and outer packaging. You will be responsible for freight and insurance on returned items. We will pay the shipping costs on any return item that is a result of our error. If
you wish to cancel an order that has not shipped, please send an email with your
Order ID to customerservice@8thstreet.com
with your request. If an item has shipped, you will need to contact us for a Return
Authorization once received. Please call 1-888-884-9994 with any questions. Outbound
shipping may be free with purchase, but if the item is returned, these shipping
charges will be deducted from the refund. All refunds, credits, and exchanges
are for the value of the equipment only, and do not include shipping charges.
If multiple items are purchased that qualify for Free Shipping and an item is
returned, then normal shipping charges may apply to any items shipped. If a multi-product
package is purchased and an item(s) is returned, the pricing and credit adjustment
may reflect the normal selling price of any item that is retained by the customer. Any orders that are refused at time of delivery will be subject to all associated shipping costs including the shipping costs for the product(s) to be returned to 8th Street Music. A handling fee may also be charged for orders that have been processed and shipped, and then refused at time of delivery. If the item you purchased meets the Return Policy requirements, please contact 8thstreet.com at customerservice@8thstreet.com or by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-888-884-9994. A return authorization number must accompany all returns. Please include your name, Order ID number, product, and reason for return, date of purchase and phone number on all correspondence. You will also need to indicate whether the return is for a refund, exchange or replacement item. We will then provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for the return. We will notify you by e-mail once the returned item has been processed. You can expect a refund within 7-14 business days of return and in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. There will not be any restocking fees as long as the item meets the requirements of our Return Policy and is returned in factory fresh condition. If the product has been registered with the manufacturer, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the purchase amount. All Special Order items will also be charged a 20% restocking fee if returned. If you do not receive your package and/or receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you must contact the shipping company immediately and our toll-free Customer Service Department at 1-888-884-9994. You can also cancel unshipped items by calling Customer Service or by emailing us at customerservice@8thstreet.com. Items that may not qualify for a refund include items returned in an un-sellable condition, items with missing parts, items that have been altered and/or modified, items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
