Pocket Rock-it headphone amplifiers feature a rotating input plug design that enables them to be plugged directly into any guitar or bass, no interconnect cable is required. There are three models for guitar, STD, PRO, and REVERB, and two models for bass, STD for bass and BASS. The difference between the various models is the number of delay effects.

Pocket Rock-it’s also feature patented dynamic range control circuitry which provides a natural "tube style" tone, that is not overly compressed or artificial. The unique character of different guitar and pickup combinations is preserved. All models feature three preset EQ’s to choose from. Guitar models offer clean and two distortion settings, while BASS models offer bright, fat and slightly distorted settings.

In addition, all models are designed with line input and output capabilities which enable them to be used in a number of play along, direct record and pre-amp applications. You can play along with your favorite CD, you can record yourself into your cassette player, or you can play the Pocket Rock-it live through your amp. You can even connect two Pocket Rock-it’s together and jam with a friend. External effects can also be placed in line, mixed with the guitar or monitored through headphones or other external source.

Unit operates with a 9 volt alkaline battery and comes complete with lightweight headphones.
