The Jackson Pro Series RR24 Rhoads solidbody electric guitar brings you the style, tone, and ultra-fast playability of a legendary guitar design! Following in the footsteps of the original Randy Rhoads (the first Jackson produced), the Pro Series RR24 Rhoads features a distinctively aggressive "V" body design, with a fast, comfortable maple neck that's topped with an ebony fingerboard. It also includes cool black hardware, a very stable low-profile, double-locking trem bridge, and a single humbucking EMG 81 pickup with plenty of output. When you want to make a statement onstage or in the studio, do it with the RR24 Rhoads!

The Rhoads guitars follow in the footsteps of the axe that brought Jackson to prominence. Originally commissioned by the late, great Randy Rhoads, his namesake guitar was actually the first Jackson made. It quickly gained a following in hard rock circles soon after production began in the early 1980s, and has been played by such luminaries as Metallica's Kirk Hammett, Megadeth's Marty Friedman, and Adrian Smith from Iron Maiden, among many others. More than 25 years after the design first made waves, the Rhoads' aggressive body shape remains unmistakable, and it plays as fast as it looks.

Weapon of choice
From Def Leppard's Phil Collen and Rick Savage to James Root of Slipknot and Stone Sour and Derrick Green of Sepultura (just to name a few), some of the most formidable axe-slingers in rock have used Jackson guitars to generate their fretboard fireworks - for good reason! Jackson guitars are designed from the ground up for monster tone, amazing playability, and rock-solid reliability every time they take the stage or hit the studio. Of course, it doesn't hurt to look good, either; if you're looking for a visually stunning instrument to impress your audience and show that you mean business, you want a Jackson!

Stellar components and construction
What makes Jackson the solidbody electric guitar of choice for so many players? Start with the neck: hard rock maple with a comfortable, fast carve, it's joined to a rosewood compound radius fingerboard and optimized for blazing leads and massive chords alike. Jackson guitar bodies are designed with killer tone and eye-catching looks in mind, providing distinctive body shapes while staying lightweight enough to play all night. Jackson uses premium EMG pickups for ample output so you can get the most out of your amp. Top-flite hardware is another Jackson hallmark, including highly stable trem bridge units and dependable tuning machines.
