Snake box built on end and is supported by 3" ball bearing pulleys to ensure smooth operation. This is mounted on welded steel frame. 4 casters, each one of them locking. Roll up handle unfolds and locks in place, then locks out of the way during transit. also includes rubber tipped reel brake to keep it from unrolling during use or transit. Top handle is center balanced for easy one handed carrying up stairs, etc. Kellems cage grip on tail end to secure plugs from getting damaged from pulling on it.
