Along with adjustable mid level and frequency, you can select a wide or narrow Q (Low/High switch) for the Mid frequency control, offering powerful tonal shaping to cut through any mix. You can select between a maximum of 20 dB boost for dynamics or 30 dB boost for driving preamps to saturation. Pre-Gain lets you control gain levels before the EQ circuitry. And with a high internal operating voltage of ±15V, you get increased headroom, ensuring even more detail in your tone hits your amp, DAW, or PA system with utter clarity.

True or Buffered Bypass
A sliding switch under the bottom cover allows you to select true bypass (left position) or buffered bypass (right position). With true bypass, your tone remains uncolored and pure as it is passed directly from the input to the output. With buffered bypass, your signal is passed through a high-quality op-amp before reaching the output, injecting a small amount of warm color but also boosting your signal integrity for long cable runs or complex pedal board configurations.

±15V Rails

While most guitar pedals operate internally at the same voltage as their power input (9V), the LPB-3 boosts internal rail voltage to ±15V. This higher voltage allows the peaks and valleys of the voltage range to be greater, ensuring higher headroom and detail of signal amplitude before it is approximated at the amp input. In essence, this allows more dynamics and more detail of your tone to successfully arrive at it's destination, providing a greater sense of volume with a less compressed sound when driven
